QUICK UPDATE

Hello Everyone!!

Just a quick update and reminder about this weekend’s fun:

Friday, Sept 19th

• We’ll meet at the TJ Field House to walk in the Homecoming Parade from TJ to Wilson. We’re the last entry, heading out around 4:15 PM, so please be there by 4:00 PM.

• From 5–7 PM, join us in the north parking lot under the orange tents for tailgating and food, generously prepared by Mike and Tara Patton. They’re gifting their time and food prep just to support our class! (If you’d like, we’ll be accepting goodwill donations—all proceeds from the weekend will go back to TJ.)

• Around 7 PM is game time! Please note: cards only for entry—no cash accepted.

Saturday, Sept 20th

• Morning (10 AM): Come to TJ to support the girls’ volleyball game and take a tour of the school. Athletic Director Luke will be our guide to show all the exciting changes.

• Evening (7–11 PM): Our big night event at The Dock Bar & Grill (Veterans Memorial Hwy, next to Tractor Supply). We’ll be outside, so bring a sweatshirt—it’ll cool off after sunset.

We’re still accepting auction item donations if you’d like to help—just reach out to Todd Cook at 402-250-2169.

Can’t wait to see everyone this weekend—it’s been too long! And hey, no making fun of my gray hair… after 35 years, I’m just glad I’ve still got a little left!

JOIN US FOR CLASS OF 1990 REUNION

The Thomas Jefferson High School Class of 1990 is hosting its 35-Year Reunion with two exciting events planned. On Friday, September 19, 2025, the celebration kicks off at the Gale Wickersham Athletic Complex with a tailgate party from 5–7 PM featuring yard games and a call to wear orange. This is followed by the TJ vs. AL Alumni Football Game from 5–9 PM, with $10 entry (card only) and special recognition for the Class of 1990 at halftime. Reserved seating will be available for classmates.

The main reunion event takes place the following evening, Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 7–11 PM at The Dock Bar, located at 401 Veterans Memorial Hwy. Tickets are $50 per couple or $30 per individual and include two drink tickets and a food voucher. Guests will enjoy a silent auction, apparel sales, and a donation table.
